Description

Water cut-off grout and soil stabilization grout made of polyurethane, which reacts with water by expanding and foaming. The cured product is a cellular material.

Applications

• Cemtex Injector is extremely well suited to the filling of large cavernous spaces and cracks in stone or concrete structures.
• Additionally, Cemtex Injector is used for cutting off gushing water of high pressure and speed. We strongly recommend full filling by injection to permanently waterproof and seal leaks in the structure.
• Cemtex Injector can also be used as an effective chemical grout for soil stabilization. The moisture content of the soil must be sufficient to ensure reaction of the material.
• The stabilized soil will be of a constant volume and will be insensitive to moisture or dryness. Mixing ratio (parts by volume) Comp.A/10 Accelerator Comp. B 2
• Since Cemtex Injector reacts only with water, the mixture does not have to be used immediately.
• As soon as Cemtex Injector comes into contact with water, an evolution of foam takes place

expanding up to 30 times by volume. This foam hardens at 68 ° F 20 ° C in approximately 60 sec.

• Cemtex Injector may be applied with a single component pump.
• Due to its low viscosity, the foaming process and the high-pressure injection Cemtex Injector

penetrates quickly into the smallest crack

Maintenance of equipment

• Remove all excess sealant and any smears.
• Tools and mixing equipment are best cleaned immediately after use with xylol or toluol.
• Continuously use new cleaners several times through pump .
• Caution! Some cleaners are combustible.

Precautions:

• While mixing and applying Cemtex Injector; rubber safety gloves, chemical safety goggles and safety clothing should be worn at all times.
• In case one of the components comes in contact with the skin, wash thoroughly with soap and water.
• Adequate ventilation in volume and pattern should be provided in working area.
• Further protection: Emergency showers and eyewash stations.
• Observe container labels, instructions and cautions!

Storage

Good storage stability. The containers to be kept tightly closed since the moisture in the air reacts with the product.

In case the prepared mixture is not used immediately, the surface will harden in approx. 1-2
